To secure an experienced, innovative and committed professional team to design, cost, engineer and deliver the £1m re-development project in the best interests of the school, its stakeholder and local community.

ACTION

Tendered and project managed the project for the school at all levels creating a team focused on achieving value and educational outcome. 

We then managed the project on behalf of the Academy helping to ensure the objectives were clear, progress timely, budget controlled and the final building addressed the brief.  This included managing the design, decant, construction, ground works, final fit-out, branding and signage. 

RESULTS

A transformational project with the result exceeding the brief and being delivered within acceptable timescales and to agreed budgets. 

It has delivered an outstanding, professional, teaching and learning environment and a valuable asset for the school and community.
