Been found out yet?

What makes a person successful is something that many of us seek to understand and learn from. 

A survey was undertaken in the US a few years ago consisting of 2k business leaders that may question some of the answers we have heard. 

They were asked many things about business. For example when asked what qualities make a good leader the most common answers were authenticity, credibility, believability and humility. Doubtless we all have our views here. 

However, they were also asked to make general comments. Somewhat surprisingly, a significant percentage stated that they could not believe they ‘had not been found out yet’.

If we are to believe this, is it humility, a lack of confidence or something else?
